Hearing Protection
If you ride a motorcycle be it on road or off road you need earplugs, even with todays modern quiet crash helmets alot of noise is generated from the wind, exhausts and engine noise.
The human ear can only stand 98dB for around 7minutes comfortably after that you start doing damage and some motorcycle helmets have been rated at 102dB!
