The jacket is designed to be powered from a 12v source such as a vehicle battery. Because of the current requirement low capacity portable batteries are generally unsuitable.
The Keis Heated Jacket must be powered from the vehicle battery via the fused connection lead or the optional cigarette lighter/accessory plug (part number BSB12) The jacket has dedicated power outputs for gloves and soles. To operate simply plug in!
Note: Some versions of Keis Heated Gloves are equipped with integral heat controllers.
When using the optional Heat Controller be aware that this will only control the Heated Jacket and not the Inner soles, inner gloves or outer gloves.
When using the Inner gloves and inner soles in conjunction with the jacket these will run at full power and full power only., the outer gloves have their own built in contoller.
