After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card as forms of payment. | Shipping And Handling Free and express shipping costs quoted are for the UK mainland only and exclude Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland [see postcodes listed below], this is due to the extra costs involved. | Delivery Schedule We aim to process Express shipping orders the same day and ship within 1-2 days [if the item is stocked], Standard free shipping orders we aim to process in 1-2 days and ship within 2-3 days [if the item is stocked], If your order is urgent you are advised to contact us before 3pm on +44 1252 870900 so we can quote you for next day delivery on items we have in stock which will be charged accordingly. Small or low value orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Larger or high value orders are despatched by UPS and will require a signature. We advise when possible that signed for orders are shipped to a business address to avoid delays where you may not be in to sign for a package. For International orders please allow up to 10 working days. |

For your protection Bykebitz Ltd strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s).When we receive the item(s) back we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days (providing the item is in the condition as dispatched to you). If you receive any item that is damaged or faulty, please return it to Bykebitz Ltd within 7 days from receipt enclosing a covering note. For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return the item(s). When we receive the item(s) back Bykebitz Ltd will contact you and offer you a replacement, repair or a full refund within 10 working days.
