Delivery Information

We aim to process all orders same day, and despatch same day or 1 day later for items in stock.

We use DPD as our main shipping agent if the order is received before 3pm,  the items are in stock and we consider them to be large or they are high value your order will be despatched within 1 working day for next day delivery, this type of shipping will require a signature. We will also use your email and or mobile details as supplied by you, so that you will be notified on the day of delivery a 1 hour delivery slot by DPD so you will not have to wait around all day.

If Bykebitz LTD does not receive written notification from you within 14 days of when the order was placed, Bykebitz LTD will deem that you have recieved the good in full, and there are no problems with the order.

If your order is urgent you are advised to contact us before 3pm on +44 1252 870900 to check stock before ordering. If items you ordered are out of stock we will always try and notify you via email. We do hold alot of items in stock but we are unable to carry everything we sell on our site in stock. 

Small or low value orders are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Larger or high value orders are despatched by DPD and will require a signature. For International orders please allow up to 10 working days.

For International orders we will use a variety of methods to ship your order we will notify you with the relevant information.

Returns Policy

If there is a problem, or if the goods you have received are not exactly as you wanted, please see the following details on how to get the products back to us.

Items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging with all stickers and tags still attached to the product. If a product has had any of these removed, it will be classed as used and may be subject to a re stocking fee. Please do not put any packing tape over the original product, as this will be classed as damaged and a fee may be charged. All items must be in resalable condition.

For products returned to us in our error, all postage costs will be refunded. If a product is retuned to us, for any other reason, postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility and where refunds are made, it will be for the products and not for any carriage paid.

All products must be packaged in a protective manner during return transit to us, BykeBitz Ltd cannot be held responsible for the products during transit, until they are received by us.

We can arrange for a collection by courier back to us at your cost.

Exchanges

If an item is returned to us for an exchange, we will send out the exchange for free. Any subsequent exchanges from the same order will be subject to carriage charges. We occasionally run promotions on free returns on clothing for exchange purposes please contact us before returning products.

Free Postage Promotion

Any items returned to us for a refund that were subject to free carriage, will be subject to a charge to cover our delivery costs and administration fee.
