The SMH5 is a Bluetooth 3.0 stereo headset with Bluetooth intercom designed specifically for motorcycles. With the SMH5, you can call hands free on your Bluetooth mobile phone, listen to stereo music or voice instructions of gps navigations by Bluetooth wirelessly and have two-way intercom conversations in full duplex with a passenger or other motorcycle riders.
With Sena's jog dial system included navigating menus is easy with gloves.

Current shipping options are:
Economy = 3-5 days after receiving shipping email - We will send via Royal Mail or DPD.
Express = 1 day after receiving shipping email - We will send via DPD.
The Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are currently not included in the FREE Shipping promotion - This is due to extra charges for these areas.
For International orders we will use a variety of methods to ship your order we will notify you with the relevant information.
Please note that we are unable to ship aerosols outside of mainland UK due to carrier restrictions. Any orders we get where aerosols are ordered to overseas destinations, will be cancelled and refunded in full.
We do not have live stock levels currently active on our website, In most cases we have the stock available, but we do sometimes run out. We will always endeavour to contact customers as soon as possible if there is a delay regarding orders received, and the stock is not immediately available from our suppliers within 24 hours. We do recommend that customers call us or use the live chat to check stock before ordering to avoid any possible delays if the items are urgent. We do hold alot of items in stock but we are unable to carry everything we sell on our site in stock.
If there is a problem, or if the goods you have received are not exactly as you wanted, please see the following details on how to get the products back to us.
Items that are returned to us must be in the original packaging with all stickers and tags still attached to the product. If a product has had any of these removed, it will be classed as used and may be subject to a re stocking fee. Please do not put any packing tape over the original product, as this will be classed as damaged and a fee may be charged. All items must be in resalable condition.
For products returned to us in our error, all postage costs will be refunded. If a product is retuned to us, for any other reason, postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility and where refunds are made, it will be for the products and not for any carriage paid.
All products must be packaged in a protective manner during return transit to us, BykeBitz Ltd cannot be held responsible for the products during transit, until they are received by us.
We can arrange for a collection by courier back to us at your cost.
If an item is returned to us for an exchange, we will send out the exchange for free. Any subsequent exchanges from the same order will be subject to carriage charges. We occasionally run promotions on free returns on clothing for exchange purposes please contact us before returning products.
Free Postage Promotion
Any items returned to us for a refund that were subject to free carriage, will be subject to a charge to cover our delivery costs and administration fee.
If Bykebitz LTD does not receive written or email notification from you within 14 days of when the order was dispatched, Bykebitz LTD will deem that you have recieved the goods you ordered in full, and there are no problems with the order.
